License
Upon accepting these Terms of Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and utilize our services as per the terms specified in a separate Services Agreement mutually agreed upon by both parties. Upon full payment, you will own the custom software developed specifically for you, excluding any pre-existing materials, third-party components, or proprietary frameworks.
Payments, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Payment processing services for consultation fees are facilitated by Paystack, governed by their terms and conditions. Project payments are outlined in individual service agreements.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Right to Refund
Customers have the right to request a refund if services are not delivered as per the agreed terms. Refund requests must be submitted via sleekteqsolutions@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be processed promptly. Fraudulent transactions are promptly identified and canceled to protect both SleekTeq and its clients.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Provide timely feedback and necessary materials for project completion
Prohibited Acts
Users must not engage in:
- Tampering with or interfering with our services or systems
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
- Installing malware or harmful code
- Impersonating others or providing false information
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to disable security features
- Unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Your Content
By submitting content, materials, or information to SleekTeq (including project requirements, designs, or data), you grant us the right to use it in connection with providing our services.
Prohibited content includes illegal, infringing, offensive, or harmful material. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to SleekTeq's services, website content, proprietary frameworks, and tools are reserved. Users may access the website for informational purposes only.
Upon full payment, clients own the custom software developed for them, excluding pre-existing materials and third-party components. SleekTeq retains rights to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes and Updates
SleekTeq reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services with prior notice. Temporary suspensions for maintenance purposes may occur. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Project Deadlines and Deliverables
Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in individual service agreements. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by factors such as client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, although we will make reasonable efforts to address issues. No data transmission or storage method is 100% secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleekTeq Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Accounts or services may be terminated for:
- Non-compliance with legal requirements
- Fraudulent activities or payment issues
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- At SleekTeq's discretion for business reasons
Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Terms for Certain Customers and Countries
SleekTeq Solutions operates under Ghanaian laws. Users accessing our services from other locations do so at their own risk and must comply with local laws. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ghana.
